Image is very important to us.  We wear company shirts, tucked in, and baseball caps are worn forward.  For office positions, business casual attire is expected.  Excessively long pants, overly revealing and tight clothing, stained, torn or dirty clothing is unacceptable.  Eccentric jewelry with the exception of simple rings and earrings may not be worn during working hours.  Representatives of the company are expected to come to work clean shaven or with facial hair neatly trimmed.

Physical Environment
Except for office positions, you will work both indoors and out, in all types of weather including sun, heat, cold and rain.  The job is physical and requires frequent bending, lifting, walking, etc.  You will be on your feet most of the day, standing, walking and throughout all this you need to be pleasant and energetic.

Work Ethic
Our employees are expected to show up to work consistently and on time, and if the job takes some extra time, to stay a little longer.  We expect that each employee gives every job their best effort and completes each job to the best of their ability.  Ask questions if you are not sure about the job.  If you make a mistake, admit it before more damage is done.

Team Environment
Our staff is social, caring and outgoing.  It is important to get along with your team members, treat everyone with respect and common courtesy, be a part of the team and contribute to the team spirit. We expect everyone to carry their own weight, perform their responsibilities and cooperate when rescheduling is necessary.  In return, the company will be flexible and understanding with personal matters.

Our business is seasonal. Typically we actively hire in mid-late March & April, ahead of our busiest season.
